Full Architectural Service

Full architectural service allows you to have a senior architect dedicated to your project for the full duration of the job.

The first step of the full architectural service is to get to know your needs, ideas and discuss your budget and timeline. Once your personalised brief is defined, we draft a few design options for discussion with you till you are satisfied with the layout.

We then submit the appropriate Planning Application and liaise with the planners to get the desired outcome. Our rate of success for planning applications is very high and we have a good working relationship with a number of boroughs in London (Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham and Camden) and in the countryside (Surrey, Suffolk and Norfolk).

During the detailed design stage, we prepare architectural plans and detailed drawings of all rooms, select finishes and fittings and meet weekly with you to discuss every aspect of your home. Our drawings and specifications form the Tender package. We work with a few selected contractors and we can help you to shortlist the best suited for your project.

During the course of the building works we visit site frequently, liaise with the contractor and monitor the progress of the works. We also value the works, so that every month you only pay for works that have been successfully completed.

The works are monitored by us until the property is complete.
