•She will coordinate the pricing process, either through negotiated or competitive tenders among selected contractors.

•She will draft the building contract, finalising the costs and timeline for the work.

•As the contract administrator, she will monitor the progress of the work, visit the site regularly, and provide reports to keep you informed.

•She will issue monthly valuations of the work completed, ensuring you only pay for what the builder has finished.
